家住滨江的余阿姨，今年66岁，右眼近视超过1000度，外加350度散光，左眼近视150度。
两只眼睛视力相差1000多度，已无法正常佩戴眼镜，余阿姨伤感地说，自己的右眼基本处于“睁眼瞎”状态，过去半辈子基本只靠左眼生活。
由于没有立体感，走路、下楼梯都变得非常困难，一不小心就会踩空。随着年纪增大，白内障也开始加重，让余阿姨的视力雪上加霜。
多年来，为了让右眼重见光明，她辗转于杭城各大眼科医院。由于患有罕见的单眼病理性近视，术后视力和视觉质量无法预测，均被大夫婉言拒绝治疗。
就在余阿姨心灰意冷之际，她慕名找到浙江省眼科医院之江院区的陈鼎主任。陈主任给她做了详细的评估，发现余阿姨的右眼虽然高度近视合并白内障，但是眼底视网膜的功能还不错，便建议余阿姨通过手术同时治疗高度近视和白内障。
余阿姨考虑再三，跟陈主任反复沟通，打消疑虑，最终接受了飞秒激光白内障手术联合人工晶体植入术。
术后第二天，余阿姨右眼的视力就从眼前指数恢复到了0.3！居然恢复到了和左眼一样的视力！戴眼镜还有进一步提升的余地。
余阿姨非常惊喜，感叹道：“以前我只有左眼看得见，现在两只眼都能看见了！真是捡回了一只眼睛”！
根据陈主任的介绍，余阿姨的单眼高度近视如果早几十年到眼科医院就诊，早期治疗，效果会更好，也不至于在模糊混沌中苦苦挣扎几十年，让生活质量大打折扣。
