随着气温的降低，空气湿度也明显下降，加之空调暖气的使用，大家都更喜欢待在室内，看电视、发微信、玩游戏……时间一长，很多人开始感觉到眼睛干涩，甚至还会流泪、有不适感。
当发现自己的眼睛出现干涩、流泪、眼红眼痒、畏光、烧灼感等症状时，那可能是得干眼症了。大部分人对干眼症的认知还停留在眼睛干，也并不会引起重视。
事实上，干眼的问题不容忽视。
使用合适的滴眼液
干眼症治疗首选药物为含低浓度或不含防腐剂的人工泪液。
给眼睑做SPA，在自然眨眼状态下，超声雾化药疗，熏蒸，氧疗，热敷同步完成，有益于缓解眼疲劳，改善泪膜质量。
在热敷或熏蒸的基础上通过手法按摩睑板腺，促进异常分泌物排出，促进睑板腺口开放，使睑板腺逐步恢复正常功能，从而改善泪膜质量。
封闭眼睑周围异常毛细血管，活化睑板腺腺体功能，减轻睑板腺炎症，治疗干眼症的同时还能杀菌和除蠕形螨。
养成良好的用眼习惯
用眼时，提醒自己多眨眼，避免长期使用电子产品，牢记“20-20-20”原则，即用眼20分钟后，要抬头眺望20英尺（6米外）远方至少20秒以上；同时，要保持正确的用眼姿势，避免在黑暗环境看电子屏幕。
规律作息，均衡饮食
平时要保证充足的睡眠时间，避免熬夜。饮食方面，应减少高脂高油食物的摄入，多喝水、多吃新鲜蔬菜和水果。
增加户外活动时长
冬天应尽量减少待在空调房的时间，多多进行户外活动，放松眼睛。
注意用眼卫生
眼睛痒、眼睛干，注意不要用手揉搓眼睛，注意眼睑卫生；建议女孩子眼部化妆不要过于浓厚。
最后要提醒大家，如果干眼症状长时间不缓解甚至加重，一定要及时到医院检查并对症治疗哦！
